Coconut punch
For a salad bowl of 12 people:
> 50 cl of white rum, 40 cl of unsweetened coconut milk, 400g of condensed milk, lime, vanilla bean, two teaspoons of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg.
Mélangez rum and coconut milk and gradually incorporate the milk concentrate. Take the zest of lime and add it to the preparation with vanilla and cinnamon and nutmeg. Put everything in the blender. Let cool for two hours before serving with ice cubes.
