Snail rolls with tuna
Ingredients for a tuna puff pastry snail to serve as an appetizer for example, or as a starter or as a main course with a green salad. A puff pastry, a can of tuna, fresh parsley or coriander, a chopped onion, chopped dried tomatoes, salt pepper, 200 g of St Moret style cheese, a whole egg plus a yolk for gilding and seeds sesame rolled your puff pastry and cut it in half but you're both half-moon end to end by slightly overlapping them.
